GEYA’s all-in-one microgrid PV storage inverter integrates
MPPT solar controller, PCS converter, EMS energy management system, isolation transformer and fire suppression unit into a heavy-duty IP54 cabinet, delivering an integrated solar-diesel-battery hybrid power supply solution for off-grid industrial microgrid applications.
This 100kW industrial microgrid system matches a built-in 215kWh LFP lithium battery pack, supports a maximum PV input power of 247.5kW with a 1000V wide PV voltage range, and adopts adaptive buck-boost MPPT mode. It outputs stable 400V three-phase AC power and supports seamless grid-tied & off-grid transfer, simultaneously coordinating PV modules, lithium storage batteries, diesel generators and various industrial loads.
Equipped with temperature-controlled intelligent air cooling, 0℃~+45℃ stable operating temperature and full multi-layer electrical safety protection, this microgrid controller supports flexible PV capacity expansion, real-time battery charge/discharge prediction and EMS multi-energy intelligent scheduling. It is fitted with a touch LCD screen and cloud platform remote monitoring via RS485 & TCP/IP communication. The all-in-one cabinet design simplifies on-site commissioning, effectively cutting diesel consumption and operational costs for remote industrial sites without municipal grid access.
