GEYA’s GYS 250H microgrid all-in-one inverter & controller integrates MPPT solar charge controller, PMS energy management system, grid/off-grid transfer switch and AC distribution unit into one IP54 heavy-duty cabinet, delivering a powerful all-in-one hybrid power management solution for large-scale off-grid industrial microgrid projects.
This 250kW industrial-grade microgrid unit supports hybrid coordination of solar PV, lithium battery energy storage and diesel generators, with dual MPPT ports accepting up to 120kW×2 PV input power. It realizes ultra-fast 10ms seamless switching between grid-tied and off-grid modes, and provides stable 400V three-phase AC output for mining equipment, construction machinery and all heavy industrial loads.
Built with intelligent forced air cooling, wide temperature operation from -25℃ to 55℃ and complete multi-layer electrical safety protection, this microgrid controller supports parallel expansion of up to 3 units, built-in anti-reverse power flow, self-consumption, peak shaving & valley filling functions, as well as wireless mobile APP remote monitoring. The integrated EMS system achieves intelligent dispatch of multi-energy sources, greatly cutting diesel fuel consumption and operation costs for remote industrial sites without municipal grid access.
